I made Dosai & Sambar today. I used the new stone rice grinder successfully for the first time. It was a generous gift from my sister Lakshmi & her huband Kumar. The dosai came out in perfect color and crispyness.

The dosai look as good as what one gets at Saravana Bhavan. They were crispy delicious masterpieces. I look forward to Rava Idli too! And Masala Dosai like the old days.

Thanks Radha, for the nice comment. I was very happy in the way it turned out. I also made Kathrikkai Sambar to go with it. I have been using this Tamil website called http://www.arusuvai.com and making quite a few recipes from it.
