Rowing Lake Union and the Ship Canal

Here I am proceeding North along the Eastern shore of Lake Union. I am rowing by the pretty boathouses on my Starboard side. For boat officianados, the rowing directions are reversed from what you would use for a boat as I am facing backward from the direction of movement. So, for a boater facing forward, Starboard is to their right and Port is to their left. For a rower facing backward, Starboard is to their Left, and Port to their Right. Also, the oars are color coded for Starboard and Port. Port is wine, wine is red, Port oar is color-coded Red !! Starboard oar is green.
