Pattern: Chanson en Crochet with revised front similar to the Lace Shawlette by Sandi Wiseheart
Started: 8.10.07
Finished: 8.15.07
Yarn: Knit Picks Andean Silk, 55% Superfine Alpace, 23% Silk, 22% Merino Wool
Hook: J
Gauge: 13 sc = 4″
Notes: In addition to changing the front shaping I also added a row of double crochet at the hem.

I compared the Lace Shawlette to the Chanson en Crochet and noticed that they were very close except for the angle of the fronts. I placed string where I wanted the new shaping line to be and made an enlardged photo copy of the printed photograph. I used this as my guideline for design.
